Super De - 1948 Ford Tudor Super De Luxe

Super De is our jalopy. Because everyone needs at least one jalopy! It rattles. It smokes. It's loud and we totally enjoy driving it.

History:

Super De was purchased from the Volo Auto Museum in Lake County, Illinois. The guys at Volo did a pretty good job of describing the car since we were not actually going to look at the car before purchasing it. We new the car was rough from the start but it was what we wanted and we purchased it for a fair price. For now we are just doing basic mechanical upgrades to make it more reliable and safe.

Trivia: Super De had a cameo in an episode of Unsolved Mysteries.
